Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (Variation of Fees) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1991.

The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (Variation of Fees) Order 1991
Section 2
The sum specified in paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (fees in respect of registration as a registered pool promoter) shall, instead of £350, be £464.
Section 3
The sum specified in paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 3 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (fees in respect of application for a track betting licence) shall, instead of £35, be £46.
Section 4
The sum specified in paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 3 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (fees in respect of track betting licence) shall, instead of £350, be £464.
Section 5
The sum specified in paragraph 12(3) of Schedule 3 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (fees in respect of transfer of track betting licence) shall, instead of £35, be £46.
Section 6
The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (Variation of Fees) Order 1982 is hereby revoked.
