Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1991.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) Order 1991
Section 2
Section 48(3)(h) of the Gaming Act 1968 (under which the fee to be charged for the grant or renewal of a permit under section 34 of that Act is £25) shall have effect with the substitution, for the sum referred to therein, of a reference to £32.
Section 3
The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
