Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Local Delivery Services) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st November 1991.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Broadcasting (Local Delivery Services) Order 1990 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph 1 of Part I, for the definition of “DBS service” there shall be substituted the following definition:

“the DBS service” means any DBS services which are provided by the Commission in accordance with Part II of Schedule 11 to the 1990 Act;

(b) in paragraph 2(f) of Part II, the word “local” shall be omitted.
