Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the River Cree Salmon Fishery District (Baits and Lures) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

Section 2 Specification of baits and lures and area of application

Natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part thereof are, in relation to the River Cree salmon fishery district, specified for the purposes of the definition of “rod and line” in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951 .
