Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rivers Tweed and Eye Protection (Renewal) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 8th October 1991.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“the 1980 Order ” means the Rivers Tweed and Eye Protection Order 1980 ;

“the 1988 Order ” means the Rivers Tweed and Eye Protection (Renewal) Order 1988 .

Section 3 Renewal of Order

The 1988 Order is hereby renewed.

Section 4 Prohibition

During the period from 8th October 1991 to 7th October 1994, both dates inclusive, fishing for or taking freshwater fish in the inland waters in the area prescribed in article 4 of the 1980 Order, without legal right or without written permission from a person having such a right, is hereby prohibited.
