Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Design Right (Semiconductor Topographies) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 30th October 1991.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Design Right (Semiconductor Topographies) Regulations 1989 shall be amended by substituting for Parts II and III thereof the Parts II and III set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
