Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Teachers) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st November 1991.

Section 2 Amendment

Regulation 7 of the Education (Teachers) Regulations 1989 shall be amended as follows by the insertion after paragraph (b) of the following—

(c) by the governing body of a school as workers with children or young persons;
