Section 1
The Secretary of State for Transport is hereby authorised to construct as part of the main new trunk road a bridge over the River Thames.

The A406 London North Circular Trunk Road (East London River Crossing (A13 to A2) No. 2 Bridge) Order 1991
Section 2
The position and dimensions of that proposed bridge are indicated on the plans which form Schedule 1 to this Order, and in the specifications which are set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
Section 3
In this Order, “the main new trunk road” has the same meaning as in article 1(a) of the A406 London North Circular Trunk Road (East London River Crossing (A13 to A2) Trunk Road and Slip Roads) Order 1988 .
Section 4
This Order shall come into force on 17th October 1991 and may be cited as the A406 London North Circular Trunk Road (East London River Crossing (A13 to A2) No. 2 Bridge) Order 1991.
