Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Charging Authorities (Notification of Precept Population) (Wales) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1991, and shall come into force on 31st October 1991.

The Charging Authorities (Notification of Precept Population) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991
Section 2
Regulation 2 of the Charging Authorities (Notification of Precept Population) (Wales) Regulations 1989 shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3.
Section 3
In the definition of “the relevant day”, for “15th November” there shall be substituted “1st November”.
