Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Charging Authorities (Population for Precepts) (Wales) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1991, and shall come into force on 31st October 1991.

Section 2

Regulation 2 of the Charging Authorities (Population for Precepts) (Wales) Regulations 1989 (referred to in these Regulations as “the principal regulations”) shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3

In the definition of “the relevant day”, for “15th November” there shall be substituted “1st November”.

Section 4

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations shall be amended in accordance with regulation 5.

Section 5

In sub-paragraph(1)(b) for the words “the relevant day” there shall be substituted the words “1st June in the financial year immediately preceding the chargeable financial year”.
