Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Race Relations Code of Practice (Rented Housing) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 30th April 1991.

Section 2Code of Practice

The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice in Rented Housing for the elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities ( ISBN 1-85442-034-8), issued by the Commission for Racial Equality under section 47(7) of the Race Relations Act 1976 is 1st May 1991.
