Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 15th February 1991.

Section 2 Amendment of regulations

Regulation 2 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) Regulations 1991 is amended by the substitution for the words “in accordance with regulations 4 and 5 below” of the words “in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 below”.
