Section 1

This Order may be cited as the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1991.

Section 2

In this Order, “ the Act ” means the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.

Section 3

The 1st November 1991 is hereby appointed as the day on which the provisions of the Act specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Order come into force to the extent specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
