Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Cablevision (Scotland) plc) (Edinburgh) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 18th March 1991.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
