Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Consequential Provision) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 18th November 1991.

Section 2

In section 83(1) of the West Yorkshire Act 1980 for “The county council may after consultation with the executive” there shall be substituted “The executive may”.
