Section 1Application, citation and commencement

This Order, which applies to tenancies in Scotland, may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1991 and shall come into force on 11th November 1991.

Section 2Amendment of principal order

The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Order 1986 is hereby amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3Revocation

The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment ( No. 2) Order 1987 , the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988 and the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990 are hereby revoked.
