Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 18th March 1991.

Section 2

Schedule 1 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1988 shall be further amended by the substitution of “International Students House” for “International Students Housing Society”.
