Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Direct Labour Organisations) (Competition) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.
(2) These Regulations shall extend only to Scotland.
(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Local Government (Direct Labour Organisations) (Competition) (Scotland) Regulations 1990 .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulations 6(2) and 8(3) of the principal Regulations for the figure “70%” there shall be substituted the figure “40%”
