Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st February 1992.

Section 2
–
(1) The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicles) Regulations 1990 shall be amended in accordance with the following provision of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (5) of regulation 5 (Duplicate licences) for “£5” there shall be substituted “£6”.
