Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st February 1992.

Section 2
The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) Regulations 1990 shall be amended by substituting for Schedule 3 thereof Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
