Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1991.
(2) This Order shall extend to Northern Ireland only.

Section 2
Section 8(6) and (7) of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 shall come into force on 11th November 1991.
