The Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1991
Section 2Commencement of provisions
The provisions of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991 “the Act” shall come into force on 30th November 1991.
Section 3Transitional provision
Until 30th November 1992 section 34(1)(a) of the Act shall have effect as if the words “or deemed to have been published” were omitted.
