Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st December 1991.

Section 2Amendment of the principal Order

The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1990 shall be amended by substituting for the Schedules thereto (which set out lists of fees) the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.
