Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

Section 2
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules 1991 made on 15th October 1991 by the Insurance Brokers Registration Council in exercise of their powers under section 8(2) of the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977 are hereby approved.
Section 3
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
