Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Dog Racecource Totalisator (Percentage) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 20th December 1991.

The Dog Racecourse Totalisator (Percentage) Order 1991
Section 2
A percentage of 29 per cent. is hereby specified for the purposes of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 (which relates to the maximum percentage which may be deducted by the operator from amounts staked on a totalisator on a dog racecourse).
Section 3
The Dog Racecourse Totalisator (Percentage) Order 1980 is hereby revoked.
