Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cod and Sole (Specified Sea Areas) (Prohibition of Fishing) (Variation) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 19th November 1991.

Section 2Variation of the Cod and Sole (Specified Sea Areas) (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 1991

The Cod and Sole (Specified Sea Areas) (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 1991 shall be varied by substituting in article 2(1) thereof (prohibition on fishing for cod ( Gadus morhua ) for the date “1st January 1992” the date “19th November 1991”.
