Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1991 and shallcome into force on 19th November 1991.

(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1991 is revoked.

Section 2

For Schedule 1 to the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 there shall be substituted the following—

CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
