Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Agriculture Act 1986 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1991.

Section 2

Section 24(5) of, and Schedule 4 to, the Agriculture Act 1986 (repeals) shall come into force, in so far as they relate to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 and the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 , on 21st November 1991.
