Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st December 1991.

Section 2

In regulation 64(2) of the Police Regulations 1987 there shall be inserted after the words “on or after” the words “1st December”.
