Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 30th December 1991.

Section 2
The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) Regulations 1980( ) shall be further amended as follows.
Section 3
In Part I of Schedule 2–
(a) in column 2 in item 2 there is added–
or
(b) in column 2 in item 9 there is added–
or
(c) after item 41 there is added the following new item–
3 sections
