Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

Section 2

The Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) Regulations 1983 shall be amended in Schedule 1, by the deletion in columns 1 and 2 of the references to the entries relating to agreements with the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, the Hungarian People’s Republic and the Portuguese Republic.
