Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 24th December 1991.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
At the end of regulation 2 of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) ( No. 2) Regulations 1978 , there shall be added the words “as if that amount and those increases were included in the sums mentioned in subsections (1) and (3) of the said section 63 and graduated retirement benefit were a relevant benefit within the definition of “relevant benefit” in subsection (6) of the said section 64.”
