Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 7th December 1991.

The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1991
Section 2
–
(1) The site where the vessel is supposed to lie and in respect of which this Order is made, is in position Latitude 51° 43'.18 North, Longitude 05° 40'.29 West.
(2) The area within a distance of 300 metres of that position shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
