Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Community Health Councils (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

(2) These Regulations apply only to Community Health Councils in Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Community Health Councils Regulations

(1) The Community Health Councils Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(5) (exercise of functions relating to Councils) for the words “A District Authority in Wales” there shall be substituted the words “In Wales, the Welsh Health Common Services Authority ”.
