Section 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1991 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order, “the map” means the four maps each entitled “Map referred to in the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1991”, of which prints, signed by an Under Secretary of State in the Department of the Environment, are deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the Secretary of State for the Environment and the offices of the council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Section 3 Designation of housing action trust area

The area comprising the six parcels of land shown on the map bounded externally by a broken black line edged internally with a stippled band is hereby designated as a housing action trust area.

Section 4 Establishment of the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust

For the area designated by article 3 above there is hereby established a housing action trust, named the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust.
