Section 1 Title and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) (Partial Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 11th December 1991.

Section 2 Partial Revocation

(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) Order 1991 is revoked so far as it designates those parts of the area set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order.

(2) In consequence of that revocation the designated area for the purposes of that Order is that area set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order.
