Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) (Partial Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 11th December 1991.

Section 2Partial revocation
(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) Order 1991 shall cease to have effect with respect to the areas numbered 12 and 13 of Schedule 1 to that Order and those parts of that Schedule which comprise the entries relating to those two areas are hereby revoked.
(2) In consequence of that revocation article 6(1)(a)(iv) and 6(1)(b)(iv) of that Order shall be amended by substituting for the words “10, 11, 12 and 13” the words “10 and 11”.
