Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Standing Civilian Courts (Areas) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Standing Civilian Courts (Areas) Order 1977 .

Section 2Amendment of principal Order

In the Schedule to the principal Order, in Area 2, the word “Berlin” shall be deleted and there shall be substituted the words “The Republic of Cyprus and the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekhelia”.
