Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

Section 2
(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) Regulations 1980 is hereby amended as follows.
(2) In column 2, in item 11A, there is added–
