This Order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Experimental Traffic (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 21st December 1991.

The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Experimental Traffic (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1991
(1) The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order (No.2) 1990 shall be amended as follows.
(2) Schedule 3 shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 1 to this Order.
(3) Schedule 4 shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 2 to this Order.
Schedule 3 shall be amended as follows.
In Part I, for paragraph 6 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(6) From a point 4 metres south east of the south eastern kerb line of Bowman’s Place south eastwards for a distance of 23 metres.
In Part V, for paragraph 31 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(31) From a point 1 metre south east of the party wall of No’s 58 and 60 Holloway Road south eastwards for a distance of 25 metres.
In Part V, for paragraph 31 C there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(31C) From a point 15 metres south east of the south eastern kerb line of Hornsey Road south eastwards for a distance of 13 metres.
In Part V, for paragraph 39B shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(39B) From a point 1 metre north west of a point level with the common boundary of No's. 381 and 383 Holloway Road south eastwards to a point level with the party wall of No's. 367 and 369 Holloway Road.
In Part V, after paragraph 39C there should be inserted the following paragraph—
(39D) From a point 24 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Witley Road south eastwards for a distance of 15 metres.
Schedule 4 shall be amended as follows.
For paragraph 25 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(25) From a point 27 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Bowman’s Place south eastwards for a distance of 105 metres.
For paragraph 31 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(31) From a point 41 metres north west of a point level with the party wall of No's. 232 and 234 Holloway Road south eastwards to a point 15 metres south eats of the south eastern kerbline of Hornsey Road.
After paragraph 31 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(31A) From a point 28 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Hornsey Road south eastwards for a distance of 19 metres.
For paragraph 34 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(34) Between a point 25 metres north west of the north western kerbline of Fieldway Crescent and a point 1 metre south east of the party wall of No's. 58 and 60 Holloway Road.
For paragraph 35 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(35) From a point 80 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Fieldway Crescent south eastwards for a distance of 26 metres.
For paragraph 45 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(45) From a point level with the party wall of No's. 367 and 369 Holloway Road south eastwards for a distance of 28 metres.
For paragraph 38 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
(38) From a point 5 metres south eats of the south eastern kerbline of Witley Road south eastwards for a distance of 19 metres.
