Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Programme Contractors' Additional Payments) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992.

The Broadcasting (Programme Contractors' Additional Payments) Order 1991
Section 2
In section 32(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1981, for the purposes of Table A (Rates of Additional Payments in Respect of Advertising Revenue), the following amendments shall be made:
(a) for “10 per cent” there shall be substituted “2.5 per cent”; and
(b) for “£15 million” there shall be substituted “£25 million”.
