Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Heartland Cablevision (UK) Limited) (Warwick & Stratford-on-Avon) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 27th March 1991.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
