Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment Regulations 1991 and come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2 University non-officer members for District Health Authorities

The Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 are amended by the substitution in Part I of Schedule 1—

(a) for the entries “Leeds Eastern Health Authority” and “Leeds Western Health Authority” of the entry “Leeds Health Authority”;

(b) for the entry “Central Birmingham Health Authority” of the entry “South Birmingham Health Authority”.
