Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

(2) In these Regulationss, “the 1989 Regulations ” means the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) Regulations 1989 .

(3) The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

(1) Regulations 3(1)(a), (2)(a) and (3) of the 1989 Regulations shall be amended by the substitution of “£85” for “£80” in each place where it occurs.

(2) Regulations 3(1)(b), (2)(b) and (4) of the 1989 Regulations shall be amended by the substitution of “£12” for “£10” in each place where it occurs.
