Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£342” there shall be substituted “£378”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£228” there shall be substituted “£252”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£114” there shall be substituted “£126”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for “£114” there shall be substituted “£126”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for “£57” there shall be substituted “£63”.
