Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Islwyn (Pontllanfraith and Blackwood Communities) Order 1991.

Section 2 Title and commencement

This Order shall come into force on 18th March 1991.

Section 3 Changes in areas

Between:

(a) the point where the boundary between the community of Blackwood and the community of Pontllanfraith in the Borough of Islwyn and in the County of Gwent meets the eastern side of the turning point of Highfields Way, Blackwood, and

(b) the point where such boundary meets the point on the Libanus Brook opposite the boundaries between numbers 75 and 77 Montclaire Avenue, Blackwood;

the said boundary shall be a line running along the centre of the culvert containing the Libanus Brook.
