The Buckinghamshire County Council H8 Standing Way (V8-V10) Dualling (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 Confirmation Instrument 1991
The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plan are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY and at the offices of Buckinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Aylesbury, Buckingham HP20 1UA.
The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.
This Instrument may be cited as the Buckinghamshire County Council H8 Standing Way (V8-V10) Dualling (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 Confirmation Instrument 1991.
The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Grand Union Canal at Tinkers Bridge in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme adjacent to the existing bridge as part of the highway H8 Standing Way between the V8 highway and the V10 highway in the Borough of Milton Keynes aforesaid which the Council is proposing to dual.
This Scheme may be cited as The Buckinghamshire County Council H8 Standing Way (V8-V10) Dualling (Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990.
GIVEN under the Common Seal of the Council this 18th day of May 1990.
