Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Insolvency (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1991.

Section 2Interpretation

In these Regulations references to “the principal Regulations” are to the Insolvency Regulations 1986 .

Section 3Amendment of Regulation 20

There shall be substituted for Tables 1 and 2 set out in regulation 20(3) of the principal Regulations the following Tables 1 and 2 respectively–
