Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st March 1991.

Section 2

To the list of bodies in the Schedule to the Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1988 there shall be added (at the appropriate place in alphabetical order) the body named “Union Theological College”, being a body which appears to the Secretary of State to be a recognised body.
