Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 Confirmatory Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on the day on which the confirmatory Order by Ministers comes into force.

Section 2 Modification and confirmation

The Regulations, having been modified by the Ministers, are hereby confirmed and the Regulations as modified are set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations “principal Regulations” means the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy) Regulations 1988 which are set out in the Schedule to the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy) Regulations 1988 Confirmatory Order 1989 .

Section 3 Amendment of principal Regulations

For the Schedule to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the following Schedule—

RATES OF LEVY IN RESPECT OF SEA FISH AND SEA FISH PRODUCTS

The figures in italics are the rates of levy under these Regulations before the coming into force of the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 1990.
